The investment in these 3 assembly lines was reduced and there is the possibility to reuse / modify the design of the line at any time.
Truck Assembly Plant
Problem to solve:
Improve Cabin dolly's transport.
Solutions that were applied:
Implementation of 4 Automatic Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
RESULTS:
The Safety of the process was improved, the problem of ergonomics in the handling was eliminated and the line control was improved.

Solutions that were applied:
A surface preparation process and polishing was established to improve the efficiently in repair the units
The following products were used:
"Polarshine 10 and 12 / eco wet sand paper 1500 - 3000 / sand paper WPF 2500 / Rotor sanders / Polishing tassels"
RESULTS:
Efficiently improved in the Units repair.
Body Shop Plant
Problem to solve:
Improve the pre Primer body quality.
Solutions that were applied:
An efficient process for sanding and polishing was established.
The following products were used:
Sand paper Gold 220, rotorbitale machines.
RESULTS:
The desired finish was achieved as well as a good performance, generating savings in the process

Problem to solve:
Eliminate Orange Peel Finish
Solutions that were applied:
A surface preparation and polishing process was established to improve the efficiently in the repair the units
The following products were used:
Aquastar p2000 soft sandpaper 5 " used for the sanding process and tassel of wool with polarshine 12 for the polishing process.
RESULTS:
The desired result is achieved in less time and less product usage.
Air Conditioning Manufacturer
Problem to solve:
Damage in the Product (Coils), ergonomic problems and safety issues for personnel.
Solutions that were applied:
Design and Installation of 7 Manipulators for the handling and placement of the product.
The following products were used:
7 Dinamek Manipulators.
RESULTS:
Product (Coil) damaged was avoided and the operator ergonomics and safety improved.
Truck Assembly Plant
Problem to solve:
Excessive expenses on Assembly Tools repairs due to lack of knowledge.
Solutions that were applied:
Dinamek provided 2 full-time technicians for 3 months at the plant to train customer staff.
The following products were used:
Dinamek training to staff.

The expenses of repairs and the cycle of repair were reduced
